Within the framework of the Employee Candidate Personal Data Processing Disclosure Statement and EnderPOS Personal Data Protection and Processing Regulation, presented to you in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (''KVKK'') by EnderPOS Yazılım Sistemleri (''EnderPOS'' or ''Company''),
I accept and declare that my personal data may be processed by EnderPOS as the data controller or by data processors authorized by ensuring necessary security measures; within any commercial relationship including but not limited to my rental and service relationship with the Company, for the purposes of fulfilling the Company's rights and obligations under the laws and secondary legislation of the Republic of Turkey; collected through physical or electronic means, verbally or in writing, by the human resources, IT and other relevant departments of the Company; all information I have provided to EnderPOS including but not limited to my given and/or obtained information; may be processed in accordance with the general principles expressed in Article 4 of KVKK, primarily the principle of being retained for the period stipulated in the legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed; I have been informed by the Company regarding the above-mentioned matters and that I have explicit consent within the framework of KVKK.
I accept and declare that my personal data, subject to the purposes stated above, may be shared by the Company with persons and/or organizations permitted by the Laws and secondary legislation of the Republic of Turkey, other third parties and legal authorities, the Company's main shareholder, direct/indirect domestic/foreign subsidiaries, service providers, partners, commercial partner organizations, sellers/suppliers, domestic/foreign subcontractors, and may be processed and transferred accordingly, and that I have explicit consent in this regard.
In addition, in accordance with Article 11 of KVKK and relevant legislation, I accept that I have the right to apply to the Company regarding myself; to learn whether personal data is being processed, to request information about processed personal data, to learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction of data when the reasons requiring processing have ceased, to request notification of corrections and deletions to third parties, to object to a result against me through analysis by exclusively automated systems, to request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing, and to exercise these rights by applying to the Company in writing.
Furthermore, I accept and declare that the shared personal data is accurate and up-to-date; and that I will notify the Company in case of any changes to this information.
I declare that I have explicit consent for the processing, use limited to the processing purpose, sharing, and storage for the necessary period of my sensitive personal data (nationality, criminal conviction and security measures information, blood type, health data, religion, sect and philosophical belief, biometric and genetic data, association, foundation and union membership, political opinion, etc.); that the necessary disclosure has been made to me, and that I have read and understood the Disclosure Statement;
