Software Warranty
EnderPOS Yazılım Sistemleri WARRANTY AND PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
Computer programs do not contain any product warranty unless a limited or unlimited special support and service warranty is provided by the product owner or seller.
The fact that a software product contains any conditional warranty provided by the seller does not mean that the software product was delivered to the user without any errors or issues.
Even under these conditions, EnderPOS Yazılım Sistemleri reserves the right to accept or reject the end user's product return request.
Warranty Conditions
1- EnderPOS Yazılım Sistemleri provides a 1 (one) year remote desktop and phone support warranty for software products.
2- EnderPOS Yazılım Sistemleri commits to fixing software bugs that hinder the user's productivity within 6 (six) months after being notified (end user's special requests are excluded from this scope).
3- 1 (ONE) YEAR REMOTE DESKTOP SUPPORT WARRANTY; Includes resolving questions, errors, and issues encountered by the user while using the program through phone support or by connecting to the user's computer via remote desktop tools.
4- On-site support requests or support and service operations exceeding 1 (one) year; annual rollover operations are performed for a fee.
Product / Service Return Conditions
1- From the moment the software belonging to EnderPOS Yazılım Sistemleri is installed on the end user's computer and a license key is provided by ENDERPOS, the user does not have the right to return unless a special agreement regulating return conditions has been made between the user and EnderPOS.
2- If the end user wishes to return software installed on their computer and licensed by EnderPOS, EnderPOS is free to accept or reject the return.
3- If EnderPOS Yazılım Sistemleri decides to accept the product return from the end user, it calculates the fee of (1200 ₺ x Hours (one day calculated as 8 hours)) for installation, training, and subsequent support services provided. It adds 40% of the program price to this amount. The return is made by deducting this calculated amount from the software price paid by the end user.
4- EnderPOS Yazılım Sistemleri does not make any warranty promises outside of these conditions.
